Athenaeum Grand Hotel - Athens

The venue was extremely convenient and fully equipped, I appreciated the stay and the location was good close to the center of town, Plaka and the Acropolis, and main sites. A nice size and well furnished room with a nice spacious shower was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and attentive, offered terrific services.

The room was nicely furnished and generous sized with a shower, hairdryers, and terry bath robes in the private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with healthy options and tea/ coffee, for instance, worth the price.

The hotel, while clean and welcoming with a generous breakfast, is unfortunately situated on a busy highway next to strip clubs. The room was spacious and the staff friendly, but the noise and neighborhood choice detracted from the overall experience.

perfect location for exploring athens' rich history and culture

My junior suite with an Acropolis view was amazing and made my stay nice while being just a short stroll from the iconic landmarks like the Ancient Agora, allowing me to soak in the history of Athens in no time.

The breakfast spread was fantastic. The beds were comfy, nice for restful nights, and the bathroom had a classy vibe.

Some areas of the hotel felt a bit dated.

I stayed here for one night and enjoyed the comfortable bed and large bathroom. The staff provided helpful service, and I appreciated the breakfast options. The terrace offered a nice view to start the day. It, as I explored local attractions with ease.

The location wasn't very close to tourist sites, which required a few taxi rides. Upon arrival, I found the decor quite simple compared to my expectations.

Soundproofing issues can ruin a good night's sleep!!! Misleading room descriptions left me disappointed!!!

My room, a Beautiful Double or Twin Room, was spacious with luxurious bedding, made every night a dream. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of fresh Greek specialties and pastries that fueled my day of exploring.

Loved the modern vibe and those free lemonade cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Spacious bathrooms with amazing showers! Can't beat the free underground parking.
